Advantage #1
Flat Priced: You may price you total crop at ($10.50 per bushel) 100% Risk Free. (Deliveries are spread throughout the year)
Premium: A $70 premium is calculated, (with your choice at time of contracting), Guaranteed Basis Levels or Floating Basis Levels for each delivery period. The "Net HEAR Basis" level which is guaranteed is quoted below. Delivery periods are spread between September 2010 to August 2011. Growers must elect a minimum of 2 delivery periods. All 2010 HEAR production is picked up on Farm.

Act Of God: Bunge offers a 100% "Act of God" on the Flat Priced (option of $10.50)for the entire production.
Bunge offer's and "Act of God" on the first 15 bushels per acre priced on the Fixed and Floating Basis level options.
The crop must be seeded to qualify for the Act of God.
Advantage #3

Qualification's: A minimum of 47% Erucic Acid is required Discounts of $5.50 per tonne for each percentage piont below 47%.
Advantage #4
Trucking: All production is "Picked Up on Farm". If a grower elects to deliver with his/her own truck, Bunge will pay a competitive freight rate.
Advantage #5
Advance: Bunge will offer an advance of 75% of the contracted value upon receipt of a 2010 Harvest Questionaire and Sample. Growers will not be eligible for an advance untill the production is priced.
Advantage #6
Grade Discount: If for some reason the HEAR production grades are lower than #1CC, the grade discounts for green and dammaged seed are reduced to 50% of the Bunge discounts that apply to canola.
Variety. Seed Price and C.F.I.A
1) Variety & Variety Description: "Red River 1826"; Roundup Ready Stewardship Agreement, TSA will be added to each bag of seedpurchased.
2) RR 1826 would be described by the Breeder as:
Herbicide tolerant, GMO, Roundup Ready, Open pollinated. Maturity is two days later than MillenniUM 03. Plant height is 7% taller than MilleniUm 03. Lodging is less susceptible than MillenniUM 03. Moderately Resistant to Black Leg. Yield is rated at 108% of MilleniUM 03.
3) Seed Price, Treatment and Distribution: Vitera has multiplied the RR 1826 Planting seed and will be the retailer. The seed price with the treatments are as follows.

Bunge Canada will place the seed oder with Viterra based off the information growers provide us with on the Appliction Form.
4) Isolation Distances: Bunge Canada and its Contract Growers must comply with the regulations established by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). It is therefore MANDIYORY that all RR 1826 production is a minnimum of 5 meters from any field of Canola. This is to ensure no mechanical mixing can occur between Canola and HEAR production.
5) A minimum of 47% Erucic Acid is required. Discounts of $5.50 per tonne for each percentage piont below 47%
6) Offer and Time: This offer is for a specific acerage and the program may expire at any time.
